PRODUCTION POLICIES & TERMS | PRIVACY & COMMUNICATIONS

Last updated: October 13, 2026

At No Company Productions, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom production services. Our goal is a smooth, transparent experience from concept to completion. By placing an order, you acknowledge the policies below, subject to applicable law and any separately agreed written terms.

1. Quotes & Payments

Quotes are based on the specifications provided at the time of the estimate, including quantities, materials, decoration methods, artwork, and deadlines.

A 50% deposit is required to secure an order and begin production, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposit amounts committed to materials, preparation, or production are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Remaining balances are due before shipping, delivery, or pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing may change if quantities, materials, artwork, or other specifications change.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Production is not scheduled until required payment, artwork, and project details are received and approved.

2. Artwork & Design Approval

Customers must review and approve all artwork, spelling, colors, dimensions, placement, and layouts before production.

Final artwork approval must be provided in writing.

We are not responsible for errors in artwork that the customer approved.

Changes after approval may result in fees and delays.

Artwork preparation, revisions, digitizing, and design services may incur separate charges.

By providing artwork, customers represent that they have the rights or permissions required to reproduce it.

3. Production Timelines

Production times depend on order size, materials, decoration process, and capacity.

Turnaround estimates begin after applicable payment and final approval.

Deadlines are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

Project changes, missing information, supplier shortages, and events outside our reasonable control may affect timing.

4. Custom Orders, Cancellations & Refunds

Custom-made orders are generally final sale once production begins, except as required by law or where a confirmed production defect or error warrants a remedy.

Cancellation before production may qualify for a partial refund, less nonrecoverable costs already incurred.

Once customization begins, cancellation and change requests may not be possible.

Customer-approved artwork, spelling, color, and placement choices are not grounds for a refund.

Report potential production defects within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can promptly investigate. This notice period does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

5. Customer-Supplied Garments & Materials

We may accept customer-supplied merchandise for approved production processes. Heat, pressure, ink, stitching, and equipment may affect some materials.

Compatibility and final results cannot be guaranteed for every fabric or surface.

Providing additional pieces to account for production loss is recommended.

We are not responsible for damage arising solely from undisclosed defects or inherent material limitations.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for our own negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Production Variations

Small variations are normal in custom manufacturing. Differences may occur in ink color, print alignment, embroidery texture, garment sizing, material finish, and other production attributes.

Screen colors and digital proofs can differ from finished physical products. We work to maintain consistency; ordinary manufacturing tolerances alone do not constitute defects.

7. Samples & Prototypes

Physical samples may be available for an additional charge.

Sample fees are generally non-refundable once sample production starts.

Samples illustrate the general appearance and quality of a finished product.

Revisions after sample approval may create extra charges or schedule changes.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Shipping fees depend on order size, destination, and service.

Shipping transit time is separate from production time.

We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.

Orders are released after the final balance is paid, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Quality Control & Order Concerns

We inspect work during production. If you believe your order includes an error or defect, contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt with order information and clear photographs.

We will review the circumstances and, where warranted, offer an appropriate resolution, such as repair, reprint, replacement, or refund. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Customer-provided logos, artwork, and proprietary assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, original concepts, designs, production files, and creative materials developed by No Company Productions remain our intellectual property. We respect client confidentiality and do not knowingly disclose proprietary project information without authorization, except when necessary to provide services or required by law.

11. Changes to Orders

Request changes to quantities, materials, designs, placement, or timing in writing. Changes after production begins may not be possible. Approved changes can affect price and delivery schedules.

12. Contact & Questions

Contact No Company Productions before placing an order if you have questions about specifications or these terms.

13.1 Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, inquiry and order details, artwork, transaction details, and website data such as IP address, browser type, and cookies where enabled. Payment information may be processed by third-party providers.

13.2 How We Use Information

We use information to prepare quotes, process payments and fulfill orders, communicate about artwork and production, arrange pickup and delivery, provide support, maintain business records, improve our services and website, comply with applicable law, and send marketing communications where authorized.

13.3 Email Communications

We may email you about inquiries, orders, estimates, invoices, approvals, and customer support. With appropriate consent or other lawful authorization, we may also send offers, product updates, and company news. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe mechanism; opting out of marketing does not stop essential transactional messages.

13.4 SMS & Text Messages

Where lawful, we may text customers about inquiries and active orders, including approvals, production progress, pickup, and delivery. Promotional or automated marketing texts will be sent only after the consent required by applicable law is obtained. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts from the applicable program, and HELP for help where supported, or contact us using the information below.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

13.6 Sharing Information

We do not sell customer personal information. We may disclose relevant data to providers assisting with payments, website hosting, shipping, and communications, as well as when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Service providers should use information only for authorized purposes.

13.7 Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, although no electronic system is entirely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, lawful recordkeeping, and dispute resolution.

13.8 Privacy Requests & Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping obligations. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time. Send privacy requests to nightjam@nocompanyprod.com.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

We may revise these policies as our services evolve. For a particular order, the terms supplied or agreed when the order was placed will ordinarily apply unless a later change is expressly agreed or required by law.

Publication checklist: Confirm business contact details, actual website analytics/cookie tools, payment and messaging vendors, and the wording of SMS consent forms before publishing. Legal review is recommended.
